Add the following paragraph to 1108.01 of the IDOT STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS: Bidders shall list those persons, firms, companies or other parties to whom it proposes/intends to enter into a subcontract regarding this project as required for approval by the City and as noted on the Form of Proposal and the Agreement.
